These Terms govern your use of the Profit Leak Detector app ("App"), operated by Workrol. By installing the App on your Shopify store you agree to these Terms.
The App analyzes your product catalog and orders to surface profitability leaks, generates SEO-optimized content using AI, and provides technical SEO tooling (robots.txt audit, sitemap check, JSON-LD injection via a Shopify theme app extension, optional Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 integrations).
Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 connections are optional. If enabled, the App uses read-only Google data to show search visibility, organic traffic, conversions, and revenue reporting inside the merchant dashboard. The App may submit sitemap URLs to Search Console only when you explicitly request that action. You can disconnect Google access in the App or revoke access from your Google Account permissions page at any time.
Suggestions are produced by large language models (OpenAI API). These models can make mistakes, hallucinate facts, or produce content that does not match your brand voice. We disclaim any liability for damages arising from content you choose to publish without review.
English. Subscription fees for paid plans are collected through the Shopify Billing API when you approve the charge in your Shopify admin. Shopify (not Workrol) processes the payment. Your relationship with regard to the payment method and the charge is subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and payment policies. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Per-store license. A paid subscription to the App is valid only for the
Shopify store (the *.myshopify.com shop) on which the App is
installed. The license is not transferrable to another store, another Shopify
account, a different brand, or a new app installation, except where Shopify’s own platform
documentation specifically allows a migration path. We cannot manually move, split, or reassign
payment or subscription value between stores or accounts outside of Shopify’s billing system.
Annual plans (prepayment). If you select an annual billing interval, you are paying in advance for the full annual term. Annual fees are not refundable after the charge has been successfully processed and the subscription is active, except where mandatory law in your country requires otherwise, or Shopify grants a refund or account credit in accordance with its then-current platform rules. This clause does not limit any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right that applies in your region solely to the extent required by law.
Refunds and Shopify as payment processor. When you pay through the Shopify App Store, Shopify is the party that processes the in-app purchase. You should not expect a separate cash refund from Workrol for the same charge outside of the flows provided by Shopify’s app billing, charge approval, and support channels. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, proration, or billing correction, you should follow Shopify’s processes; we will comply with our obligations and cooperate as required under Shopify’s partner rules.

Shopify.
Planes anuales (prepago). Si eliges facturación anual, pagas por adelantado el periodo anual completo. Los importes de planes anuales no son reembolsables una vez el cargo se ha procesado con éxito y la suscripción está activa, salvo que una norma legal imperativa de tu país lo exija, o Shopify conceda reembolso o crédito según sus reglas. Esta cláusula no limita derechos de desistimiento o plazos que la ley de tu región te reconozca de forma ineludible.
Reembolsos y pagos a través de Shopify. Al pagar a través de la tienda de aplicaciones, Shopify interviene como procesador. Un eventual reembolso, prorrateo o corrección de facturación se canalizará, cuando proceda, de acuerdo con la facturación de aplicaciones de Shopify y los canales de soporte y políticas aplicables, y no implica, por sí sola, un reembolso adicional en efecto por Workrol ajenos a dicho marco.

The App depends on Shopify, Supabase, Railway, OpenAI, and (optionally) Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Outages or rate-limit errors on any of those services may temporarily degrade functionality. We aim for best-effort availability but do not offer an SLA for the free tier.
You can terminate at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin. Upon uninstall,
all shop data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the
shop/redact GDPR webhook Shopify sends.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workrol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email to active merchants. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You may cancel your Profit Leak Detector subscription at any time. Cancellation or uninstalling Profit Leak Detector prevents future renewals but does not reverse or refund charges already incurred, generated, or billed for the current billing period.
Except where required by applicable law or where an adjustment is automatically applied by Shopify’s billing system, all fees paid for Profit Leak Detector are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused subscription time, failure to use the service, cancellation after a charge has been incurred, dissatisfaction unrelated to a verified defect in the service, or results that differ from a merchant’s expectations.
Plan upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, credits, and prorated adjustments may be calculated and applied automatically by Shopify in accordance with Shopify’s billing rules.
Workrol may, at its reasonable discretion and on a case-by-case basis, provide a full or partial refund or credit for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or a substantial service outage directly attributable to Profit Leak Detector. Approval of a refund or credit is not guaranteed and does not create an obligation to provide the same accommodation in future cases.
Any approved refund, credit, or billing adjustment will be processed through Shopify and remains subject to Shopify’s billing procedures and limitations.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.

Puedes cancelar tu suscripción a Profit Leak Detector en cualquier momento. La cancelación o desinstalación de Profit Leak Detector impide futuras renovaciones, pero no revierte ni reembolsa los cargos ya incurridos, generados o facturados correspondientes al período de facturación en curso.

La aprobación de un reembolso o crédito no está garantizada y no crea la obligación de otorgar la misma concesión en casos futuros.
